What We Clean Everywhere

House Washing

A low-pressure soft wash for siding and trim. The pressure is turned down and the cleaning is done by the treatment, which kills the algae and mold rather than blasting the surface and driving water behind the boards.

Roof Soft Wash

The black streaks down a shingle roof are algae — Gloeocapsa magma — eating the limestone filler in the shingles. A low-pressure bio-treatment kills it. Pressure washing a roof strips the granules off the shingles and takes years off it.

Driveways & Concrete

A 4,000 PSI rotary surface cleaner rather than a wand, which is what gives an even finish with no stripes or wand marks left across the slab. Priced by the size of the driveway so you know before anyone turns up.

Patios & Walkways

Front entry walkways, back patios and the paths between. The same surface cleaner as the driveway, taken round the parts of a property people actually walk on and sit in.

Gutter Cleaning

The debris line inside the gutters is cleared and the downspouts are checked for flow. A blocked downspout is what turns a full gutter into water down a wall and into a foundation.

Commercial Property

Storefronts, entrance walkways, drive-thrus, concrete plazas and dumpster pads. Scheduled around your opening hours so nothing happens in front of your customers, and hot water with an industrial degreaser where the staining needs it.

Brick & Stone

Masonry cleaned at the pressure the mortar can take, not the pressure the dirt would need. On older brick the joints are often softer than the brick sitting in them, so the work starts with a test patch somewhere nobody looks and an honest answer about what it showed.

Decks

Treated wood goes gray on a schedule, and most decks have never been washed since the day they were built. It comes off at low pressure without furring the boards, and if you are going to stain or seal, the wash is the moment to do it.

Fence Cleaning

Fence runs on county properties are long, and the face toward the tree line greens up years before the road side does. Both faces get worked, so the whole run matches when it is finished rather than looking half done from the driveway.
