What We Clean Everywhere

House Washing

A low-pressure soft wash for siding and trim. The pressure is turned down and the cleaning is done by the treatment, which kills the algae and mould rather than blasting the surface and driving water behind the boards.

Roof Soft Wash

The black streaks down a shingle roof are algae — Gloeocapsa magma — eating the limestone filler in the shingles. A low-pressure bio-treatment kills it. Pressure washing a roof strips the granules off the shingles and takes years off it.

Driveways & Concrete

A 4,000 PSI rotary surface cleaner rather than a wand, which is what gives an even finish with no stripes or wand marks left across the slab. Priced by the size of the driveway so you know before anyone turns up.

Patios & Walkways

Front entry walkways, back patios and the paths between. The same surface cleaner as the driveway, taken round the parts of a property people actually walk on and sit in.

Gutter Cleaning

The debris line inside the gutters is cleared and the downspouts are checked for flow. A blocked downspout is what turns a full gutter into water down a wall and into a foundation.
