Bowling Green is a short run north of us up I-65, and it's the biggest market we cover. The city's mix of older brick homes near the downtown square and newer subdivisions out toward Scottsville Road means we see both extremes — original masonry with decades of buildup on it, and recent concrete that has never been cleaned since the house was finished.
Rental and student housing around the university turns over on a schedule, and turnover is when driveways, walkways and entry steps actually get looked at.
